Job Summary

What Will You Be Responsible For?

  • Team & Performance Management: Monitor, coordinate, and control the activities of the personnel reporting to you. Establish and review their Key Result Areas (KRAs).
  • Spare Parts & Budget Control: Prepare the AOP budget for your section, create a critical spare parts list, and manage the spare parts and maintenance expenses.
  • Safety & Compliance (IMS/QEHS): Ensure compliance with all Integrated Management Systems (IMS) and Quality, Environment, Health & Safety (QEHS) standards. Participate in incident investigations and conduct mock drills.
