How to Apply (Very Important)
Friends, the application process for this recruitment is completely offline. You have to submit the form in person. Please read the steps below very carefully, because there are two different locations involved.
- Pay the Application Fee (Different Location): First, you need to pay an application fee of ₹ 933/-. You have to pay this fee at Sion Hospital, Sion. Remember, you submit the form in Borivali, but you pay the fee at Sion Hospital.
- Get the Receipt: After paying the fee, you will get an original receipt. You must attach this to your application.
- Download and Fill the Form: You can get the application form from the BMC website or from the link below. Download it and fill it correctly.
- Attach Documents: Attach the original fee receipt and photocopies of all your education and experience certificates with the form.
