Job Overview
As an apprentice, you’ll get hands-on experience working in a hotel. You'll rotate through different tasks and departments to learn how a hotel runs smoothly. It’s a great opportunity to learn and grow in the hospitality industry.
What You’ll Do
- Support daily tasks like check-ins, room service, food preparation, or admin work – depending on the team you’re assigned to.
- Follow standard processes for cleanliness, safety, and guest service.
- Keep your work area clean and handle equipment carefully.
- Be friendly and helpful to guests and team members.
- Take part in team briefings, trainings, and learning sessions.
- Follow dress code and be punctual and respectful at work.
- Communicate clearly with team members during shift handovers.
