The Branch Manager will be responsible for the complete administration and efficient daily functioning of the branch office. Sales & Business Development
- Achieve branch targets for savings/current accounts, fixed deposits, loans (home, auto), and fee-based products like mutual funds and insurance.

- Increase presence within a 3–5 km radius of the branch through targeted marketing.
- Explore and engage new customer segments in the branch’s locality.
- Ensure every new customer is onboarded and offered multiple products within 90 days.
Customer Service Excellence
- Act as the main point of contact for key customer relationships.
- Personally visit top customers to maintain strong relationships.
- Ensure minimal wait times and resolve complaints or escalations quickly.
