Salary and Emoluments
Selected candidates will be placed in the pay scale of ₹50,000 - ₹1,60,000. The total gross valuation of remuneration to the company (CTC) will be approximately ₹17.7 Lakhs per annum, inclusive of Performance Related Pay (PRP) and other allowances.
Who is the Ideal Candidate?
- Education: A full-time regular B.E. or B.Tech degree in the relevant engineering discipline is required.
- Marks: A minimum of 65% marks for General, EWS, and OBC candidates, and 55% marks for SC, ST, and PwBD candidates.
- Important Note on Higher Qualifications: Candidates possessing higher qualifications like M.E. or M.Tech (that were pursued after completing B.E./B.Tech) are **NOT ELIGIBLE** to apply. Only candidates with B.E./B.Tech or an integrated M.E./M.Tech degree are eligible.
- Age Limit (as of 01.07.2025):
- Maximum 26 years for the General/EWS category.
- Age relaxation is applicable for OBC (29 years), SC/ST (31 years), and other reserved categories as per government rules.
Selection Process & Exam Pattern
The selection will be a multi-stage process with the following components and weightage:
- Computer Based Test (CBT): 85% Weightage
- Group Discussion (GD) & Group Task (GT): 5% Weightage
- Personal Interview (PI): 10% Weightage
The Computer Based Test (CBT) will consist of 100 multiple-choice questions with a total duration of 150 minutes. There will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks for every incorrect answer.
