Salary and Emoluments

Selected candidates will be placed in the pay scale of ₹30,000 - ₹1,20,000. The approximate total Cost to Company (CTC) will be around ₹10.6 Lakhs per annum, inclusive of Performance Related Pay (PRP) and other allowances like DA, HRA, and medical facilities.

Who is the Ideal Candidate?

  • Education: A 3-year full-time regular Diploma in the relevant engineering discipline is required.
  • Marks: A minimum of 65% marks for General/EWS/OBC candidates and 55% marks for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.
  • Important Note on Higher Qualifications: Candidates possessing higher professional qualifications like B.E., B.Tech, MBA, MCA, CA, etc., are **NOT ELIGIBLE** to apply for these posts.
  • Age Limit (as of 01.07.2025):
    • Maximum 26 years for the General/EWS category.
    • Age relaxation is applicable for OBC (29 years), SC/ST (31 years), and other reserved categories as per government rules.

Selection Process & Exam Pattern

The selection will be a multi-stage process with the following components and weightage:

  1. Computer Based Test (CBT): 85% Weightage
  2. Group Discussion (GD) & Group Task (GT): 5% Weightage
  3. Personal Interview (PI): 10% Weightage

The Computer Based Test (CBT) will consist of 100 multiple-choice questions with a total duration of 150 minutes. There will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks for every incorrect answer.
