Job Summary

Gemini Software Solutions is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Business Development Manager / Sales Specialist for their office in Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai. What Will You Be Responsible For?

  • Consultative Selling: Engage in high-level discussions with CXOs, understand their business needs, and present customized expense management and corporate card solutions.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate clients, partner banks, and other partners, to generate leads and drive business.
  • End-to-End Deal Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from preparing proposals (RFPs) and negotiating prices to handling agreements, documentation, and customer onboarding.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay constantly updated on the products, competition, and trends within the corporate payments ecosystem.

  • Education: A Graduate degree is required. An MBA is highly preferred.
  • Experience: 10 to 15 years of experience is required, with a strong preference for candidates having at least 12 years of experience.
