Who is the Ideal Candidate?

  • Experience: You must have 5 to 8 years of experience as a Head of Kitchen in a 4 or 5-star category hotel, or in a high-standard individual restaurant. Experience with international hotel chains is a strong plus.
  • Education: A High School graduate is the minimum. A technical education from a hospitality or culinary school is preferred.
  • Key Skills:
